Update Kernel
[1] If the kernel in HostOS is updated with yum, Update kernel in Guest too.

# push Ctrl + ]

mount /dev/Xen/www00 /mnt

[root@ns ~]#
cd /lib/modules

[root@ns modules]#
cp -a 2.6.18-8.1.3.el5xen /mnt/lib/modules/

[root@ns modules]#
vi /etc/xen/www


# change like below
